HOW WE GET YOU STARTED
We have a 6 week Intro programme which is the start of our process into becoming Fit For Life.
This allows you to try us before you commit more long-term to your health & fitness. But, Let’s be honest!…You don’t want to get fit for just 6 weeks right! Check our our 3 phases below…

Phase 1 is our Intro Programme, during this phase we take you through our approach to long-term success and determine key targets for you personally to start working on to build the foundations with your training , nutrition & lifestyle for long-term success.
After a couple of weeks you can expect to build habits and see results starting to take shape as well as your confidence in the gym.

Phase 2 is all about continuing the momentum you've built throughout our Intro Programme as a full-time member.
In Phase 2 we build consistency with the foundations you've layed out within phase one & we really start seeing results in the gym, with improved strength, body changes start to take place & your mindset around training & nutrition will start to change.
During this phase, you are absolutely flying.

Phase 3 is our Fit For Life phase. At this point you will be unrecognisable from the day you first stepped in the door.
You will be training a minimum of 3x per week without thinking about it, you will be the strongest version of yourself and you will be well-fuelled & energised every time of your life. Alongside that your healthy lifestyle will allow you to perform at your best day in & day out in what matters most to you.
