MC Performance Centre is a private coaching facility in Bournemouth, providing Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and Youth Athlete Development for clients across Bournemouth, Poole and the South Coast.

We work with everyday people looking to get stronger, fitter and healthier, as well as athletes who want to improve performance, reduce injury risk and maximise their potential. Everything we do is built around expert coaching, structured programming and long-term results.
