8. Children's Privacy

Some of our services, including our Youth S&C programme, are designed for athletes aged 11 to 18. Where we collect personal information relating to a young person under 18, including name and age provided on application forms, we do so only to deliver the coaching service safely and effectively.

Where a young person is under 16, we rely on parental or guardian consent to process their data. By submitting an application form on behalf of a young person, the parent or guardian confirms they are providing that consent.
